ABOUT STEPHANIE

My professional background was as a town planner for 15 years, where I met my husband and now have 4 great (adult and teen) kids.  

As rewarding as planning was, there is nothing like witnessing and being a part of someone's transformation that they have achieved, simply with self awareness and and mindset coaching.   

Changes in self awareness are simple - but so powerful and worthwhile to harness.   

There is nothing more amazing than witnessing clients turn relationships around, make breakthroughs in their career, take control of their career and life balance.  My particular passion is in helping couples plan for pregnancy, and helping parents navigate the emotional challenges and rewards of improved emotional  wellbeing for them and their children.  

Being too sensitive often felt like a curse growing up, especially body wise in allergies or upset tummy.  I always had an emotional maturity as a child, and called "wise beyond my years".  Processing adult emotions though, created fear and misunderstanding, and low self esteem in questioning myself.  

Knowing now that I am an Empath, these sensitivities are a blessing that allow me to share my visions, sounds, senses with others. The purpose is to take this energetic, spiritual information to help others navigate life's hurdles and give clarity and direction.  It is so fulfilling to have helped thousands of clients for more than 25years.
