It is my fundamental practice to have defined rules in working with energy and spirit - that intuitive messages for the client are only with their permission, and for their overall benefit.
Ultimately a reading is to gain extra information for your own interpretation and guidance. We know that to be understood and seen is an essential human need, that is satisfied by having a reading and alternative perspective.
No two readings are structured the same, even for the same client!
It might be that you arrive seeking insights in one area of life and instead the most needed information is around something entirely different.
My intuitive gift is that of being an Empath. For the most part my intuition is clairsentient based with just a knowing of the issue at hand. However, other psychic clues come together to form a story to be conveyed.
You will know the accuracy in the reading, because of how you feel.
Feelings that we bury, deny or minimise stay within our memories and shape our mindset. More importantly they are stored in our bodies.
When we bring new information to processing senses and feelings, we literally lay down new neural pathways and our body heals the the old nerve pathways to the old feeling and behaviour files.
In the same way having a good heart to heart conversation with your partner or best friend can leave you feeling renewed, so too can the release of many negative feelings to make way for the positive feelings that nurture and heal you.

Empaths are more than just those who can display empathy towards others; the term refers to individuals who are extremely perceptive of feelings and senses of other people around them. Heightened senses translate as heightened intuition; able to tune into psychic information and spirits.
The best approach is to arrive being open to whatever messages are meant for you, and that are in your best interest.
Some guide post information eg family member names, dates etc might be asked of you to ensure that messages are "tuned" to you.
Psychometry (holding of personal items) may be used to connect to your energy and that of others, so please bring along any items relevant to the messages you seek.
Psychic information may be presented in visual, audio, or sensory clues eg smell, feelings that build a picture that has meaning and direction for you.
Mediumship experiences eg psychic information from past loved ones and others, are sought provided that these are on the purpose of being in your best interest and growth.
A general rule of thumb is to allow at least 6mths between readings, but ideally annually if you like to regularly consult spirit.
